JBoss Operations Network (JBoss ON)

JBoss ON consists of four primary modules: Inventory Module – auto-discovery mechanism that spans platforms, servers, applications, and services. Management Module – performs key control functions including start, stop, and re-start across your entire JEMS environment. Includes the ability to schedule operations to be performed at later dates and to roll-back to previous versions. Monitoring Module (Optional) – advanced monitoring capabilities for JEMS and supporting assets. Includes statistics and reporting tools and allows you to create conditional alerts and define actions that are to be kicked off by the alert. Update Module – allows you to apply software updates to individual components, instances, or clusters, to selected environments.
